Our services
The Site describes the AI Continuity Assessment and the FigmentIQ platform. The FigmentIQ platform is in early access and is not generally available. Product descriptions reflect what we are building and may change. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, features or timing.
Paid services, including the AI Continuity Assessment, are provided under a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Guarantee
The AI Continuity Assessment guarantee ("if we find zero single-person AI dependencies, you don't pay") applies as described in your services agreement.
Using the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with the Site's operation, including through bots or scraping that burdens it
- Submit false information or someone else's information without permission
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the FigmentIQ name, belong to FigmentIQ or its licensors. You may view and share Site content for personal or internal business use with attribution. You may not copy, modify or resell it without our permission.
Information you submit
You are responsible for the information you submit through our forms. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as scheduling and form tools. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. Content on the Site, including blog posts, is not legal, HR or security advice.
Limitation of liability
