Why we started FigmentIQ
AI moved into everyday work faster than any tool before it. People didn't wait for a rollout plan. They built agents, GPTs, projects and automations that now run real parts of the business.
That's a good thing. But almost all of it is tied to one person, spread across tools and accounts, and written down nowhere. Companies have backup and recovery for their data and systems. They have nothing for their AI work.
We started FigmentIQ to fix that, starting with the people who handle every departure: HR and operations.
